To make this evening a success, WE NEED YOUR
HELP! Please take a few minutes right now to think about what you
can contribute to the auction. Be as creative as you wish, and be
as generous as you can. The more auction items we receive, the more
money we'll raise for the Purchase Community House. Please return
your gift donation information as soon as possible so we can post
it on our web site.

Not For Profit Corporation. Items donated to the auction are tax
deductible as provided by current tax laws.

Return the donor form to the Community House office with your items
as soon as possible.

a live T.V. show...
- Services: If your business provides a service (e.g. plumbing,
electrical, decorating, gardening, landscaping, catering...)
- Lessons: golf, tennis, personal trainer sessions, dance, music,
computer...
- Rest & Relaxation: travel, restaurants, hotels, spa services...
