Our Base Sports Party Package is our starter package, with options to make your party an All-Star or MVP event. Sports Birthday Parties will resume in September 2007. Reservations for parties begin at 9am on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 for Purchase Residents and at 9am on Tuesday, August 14th for non-residents. A list of available dates and time slots can be found here.

CAKE DESIGNS FOR MVP PACKAGE

Dates and Times: Late September thru Mid May except holidays and special house closings.

Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00am-11:30am, 12:00pm-1:30pm, 2:00pm-3:30pm, 4:00pm-5:30pm, 6:00pm-7:30pm

Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 6:00pm-7:30pm

Eligibility: Advanced reservations of the date are required. Participants must be in Kindergarten by September 2007.

Policies:

1. Parties will not be booked without full payment.
2. Sneakers are required for all party participants.
3. The availability of a specific party host cannot be guaranteed.

Party Size: Maximum of 25 participants including Birthday Child, Siblings, etc. For parties sizes 26-35, and additional $100 will be charged for a 2nd party host.

• Birthday party patrons should arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to party time. There are other parties or Purchase Community House programs which will not allow for earlier setup. If necessary, the activity period can be used as time to set up.
• Party guests should arrive within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled party time. If most of the guests have arrived, the host will take the group to the gym and begin the activities. Anyone who arrives late can join the activity.
• The activity period will last approximately 50 minutes. The activity period is determined by the host based on the requests of the patrons. When serving lunch or dinner, the activity period is shortened in order to leave enough time for the meal.
• After the activity period, all party participants go to the party room for lunch/dinner and/or cake. After everyone has finished, the host will instruct the participants if they can play any of the auditorium games. Mini basketball is not allowed once the activity period is over.
• The party patrons are responsible for general clean up of the tables and chairs. The host will take care of putting away the tables and chairs, as well as sweeping and mopping the floors if necessary.
• It is important for all the patrons and their guests to be finished and ready to leave by the end of the scheduled party time because of other programs or birthday parties following.
