Your child's birthday will be action-packed this year with a sports party - PCH Style. We will work with you to plan a party that's designed with your child's favorite sports and activities! Our Base Sports Party Package is our starter package, with options to make your party an All-Star or MVP event. Every child will feel like a winner at a PCH Sports Birthday Party - now isn't that what you're wishing for?

Parties begin on September 17, 2011, with reservations for those parties beginning on August 8, 2011 at 9am. Reservations will be taken by phone only on August 9th. Walk-in reservations will also be accepted beginning August 9, 2011. A list of available dates can be found here.

Gaga Ball in our brand new pit can be added to any party for a $25 charge!

Now you can play GaGa at your next PCH Birthday Party. GaGa is a fast-paced form of dodge ball played in our brand new octagon GaGa pit. GaGa can be played by a party group of up to 35 children. If your child is into fast-paced action then GaGa is your game. GaGa is played for the entire gym portion of the party at the exclusion of any other sports.

Dates and Times: Late September thru late May except holidays and special house closings.

Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00am-11:30am, 12:00pm-1:30pm, 2:00pm-3:30pm, 4:00pm-5:30pm, 6:00pm-7:30pm

Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 6:00pm-7:30pm

Eligibility: Advanced reservations of the date are required. Participants must be in Kindergarten by September 2011.

Policies:

Parties will not be booked without full payment.
Sneakers are required for all party participants.
The availability of a specific party host cannot be guaranteed.

Party Size: Maximum of 25 participants including Birthday Child, Siblings, etc. For parties sizes 26-35, and additional $100 will be charged for a 2nd party host.

Birthday Party Routine

Birthday party patrons should arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to party time. There are other parties or Purchase Community House programs which will not allow for earlier setup. If necessary, the activity period can be used as time to set up.
Party guests should arrive within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled party time. If most of the guests have arrived, the host will take the group to the gym and begin the activities. Anyone who arrives late can join the activity.
The activity period will last approximately 50 minutes. The activity period is determined by the host based on the requests of the patrons. When serving lunch or dinner, the activity period is shortened in order to leave enough time for the meal.
After the activity period, all party participants go to the party room for lunch/dinner and/or cake. After everyone has finished, the host will instruct the participants to play any of the auditorium games.
It is important for all the patrons and their guests to be finished and ready to leave by the end of the scheduled party time because of other programs or birthday parties following.
