Registration forms for Spring 2010

Spring activities registration begins on Wednesday, February 3rd at 8:30am. Spring classes begin on Monday, March 1st, 2010. Registration forms can be obtained by clicking on the links below.

Spring Activity Registration Forms

Kindergarten and 1st Grade Classes
2nd Grade and up Classes
Ken Wolf's The Lean Technique

All classes are 7 sessions long and begin the week of March 1st except Tennis and Mini Golf classes which are 4 weeks long and begin the week of March 22nd.

Spring classes will be held on the following dates:
Monday: March 1, March 8, March 22, April 12, April 19, April 26, May 3
Tuesday: March 2, March 9, March 23, April 13, April 20, April 27, May 4
Wednesday: March 3, March 10, March 24, April 14, April 21, April 28, May 5
Thursday: March 4, March 11, March 25, April 15, April 22, April 29, May 6
Friday: March 5, March 12, March 19, March 26, April 16, April 23, April 30

Note: Because of the mid-March storm and ensuing power outages, classes originally scheduled for March 12-15 were postponed and rescheduled for May 3-6. The above class schedule is now updated as of April 20, 2010.

Due to an April 26th weather-related cancelation, Monday's Nerf Team Scatter Dodge classes will conclude on Friday, May 7th. Nerf Team Scatter Dodge classes will also be held on Monday, May 3rd.

Tennis and Mini-Golf Classes all end the week of April 26, 2010.

New Emergency Contact Forms, Afterschool Participation Fee Forms and Release Forms are required from all participants in the 2009-10 PCH Afterschool Season. They can be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format by clicking the name of the form.

The Purchase Community House is a Not for Profit Corporation supported entirely by user fees and donations.
