Registration forms for Spring 2012

Spring activities registration begins on Wednesday, February 8th at 8:30am. Spring classes begin on Monday, March 8, 2012. Registration forms can be obtained by clicking on the links below.

PCH Spring 2012 classes will be held on the following dates:
Monday: March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 9, 16, 23, 30
Tuesday: March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 10, 17, May 1, May 8
Wednesday: March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 11, 18, 25, May 2
Thursday: March 8, 15, 22, 29, April 12, 19, 26, May 3
Friday: March 9, 16, 23, 30, April 13, 20, 27, May 4

New Emergency Contact Forms, Afterschool Participation Fee Forms and Release Forms are required from all participants in the 2011-12 PCH Afterschool Season. They can be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format by clicking the name of the form.

The Purchase Community House is a Not for Profit Corporation supported entirely by user fees and donations.
