Pilatesculpt
A half hour of Pilates-based mat work combined with a half hour of strength training and Yoga. This hybrid class will help tone your abdominals, legs, buttocks and arms to keep you long and lean.

Spinning
Cardio blast on stationary Spin bikes. Great workout!

Bodyshaping
A one-hour bodysculpting workout using free weights, body bars, resistance cords and dyna-bands. Each participant works at own level. Great music! Great fun! Great Results!

Cross Training
Spin followed by weight work, abs and a Yoga Stretch. 75 minutes! Complete and amazing workout!

Bodyblast
A 40 minute bodysculpting workout using free weights, resistance cords and dyna-bands. NO squats or standing legwork. Each participant works at own level. Great fun! Great results!

Bodycore Essentials!
A one hour complete bodysculpting workout using free weights, resistance cords, dyna-bands with an emphasis on Pilates core ab work and Pilates leg work. At least 35 minutes of ab work! No squats or standing leg work. Each participant works at own level. Great results!

Wednesday 9:15am - 10:15am (Park Lane) Jan. 2 - April 16 15 Sessions $225

All Wednesday and Friday classes are at the Park Lane Clubhouse.
All other classes are at the Purchase Community House.

Ken Wolf is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. He has an extensive background in Strength Training, Dance, Yoga, Feldenkreis and Functional Alignment Training. He has taught and trained in Westchester for over 21 years. He is also a Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in Smoking Cessation and Food management.
