Pilatesculpt
A half hour of Pilates-based mat work combined with a half hour of
strength training and Yoga. This hybrid class will help tone your abdominals,
legs, buttocks and arms to keep you long and lean.

Bodycore Essentials!
A one hour complete bodysculpting workout using free weights, resistance
cords, dyna-bands with an emphasis on Pilates core ab work and Pilates
leg work. At least 35 minutes of ab work! No squats or standing leg work.

Ken Wolf is a Certified Fitness
Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer. He has an extensive background
in Strength Training, Dance, Yoga, Feldenkreis and Functional Alignment
Training. He has taught and trained in Westchester for over 21 years.
He is also a Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in Smoking Cessation
and Food management.
