The Purchase Community House offers a variety of Special Events and Programs throughout the year. After School Program Membership is required for some of these events.  Please see the specific registration information for each event.

Open House Night

Purchase School is holding their Parent Open House on Thursday night, September 27th, 2018. Skip the sitter, and bring your children to the Purchase Community House! After School Membership is not required.

Fee: $10 by September 26th, $20 on September 27th

The Purchase Free Library in collaboration with the Purchase Community House


Date: Tuesday, October 8, 2018

Where: The Purchase Community House Parking Lot, 3095 Purchase Street, Purchase, NY 10577

 

We are excited to partner with the American Red Cross on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 to launch the first of what we hope will be many blood drives. We'll be working together to give back to the community in a truly life changing way since each donation we collect can save up to three lives.

 

If you are interested in donating, please go to www.redcrossblood.org, click Donate Blood, then click Blood Drive and enter Purchase as the sponsor code. You are able to pick a time slot for when you would like to donate!

On various days during the 2018-19 year, we will be opening early for drop off activities due to conferences at the Harrison Schools. Below is a schedule of Early Bird Drop-Off days with the time that drop off activities will begin:

Early Bird Drop-Off Days

Harrison Schools release early on Friday, September 28, 2018. The PCH will open for ALL GRADES from 11:50am to 5:30pm on September 28th. PCH TEAM Members will escort children from Purchase School to the Community House on September 28th.

The Wacky Friday program offers many fun & exciting activities for children in Grades 2nd - 5th. Activities include supervised games in the gym, open play time for girls and boys, Scatter Dodge, Mini Hoops, Auditorium Amusements, a Movie and FUn with your FRIENDS! The hours of the Wacky Friday program are from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm. A PCH Membership is NOT required.

Dinner will be served from 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm. Individuals that are not interested or have allergy concerns with the dinner menu may bring their own dinner from home. We cannot accomodate Special Requests for dinner. Please not that activities will resume after the dinnertime concludes around 6:15 pm.

The Spring Session begins Tuesday, April 10th. Enjoy 1 hour of Enthusiastic, No Stress, Fun Exercise with Licensed Instructor Terri-Ann Gordon.

The Purchase Community House will be hosting a canned food drive from Wednesday, October 25th to Monday, November 20th, 2016. We will be accepting canned food donations from 9am to 6pm. All canned food will be donated to the Harrison Food Pantry to help families in need. Please help out!

The Purchase Community House is sponsoring a community awareness campaign for our children. Our "Holiday Toy Drive" event will be to benefit The Holiday Project, sponsored by the Harrison Food Pantry.
